Sean Telles is the Founder and CEO of DATAOCULUS, a Managed Engineering Services company focused on aligning OEMs, partners, and customers through scalable, service-driven solutions. With over two decades in cybersecurity and engineering leadership, Sean has built repeatable service models for top OEMs and helped partners drive measurable success.

His background includes leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, Forescout, and Alchemy Global Networks, where he supported initiatives spanning IT visibility, automation, and have lead to the recent development of our DATAOCULUS post-quantum readiness services coming in 2026. Sean has contributed to more than $3B in awarded contracts and led the development of training programs to scale partner adoption.

A CISSP and Certified Enterprise Architect, Sean is also certified across key platforms including Forescout, Armis, and Cyera. Through DATAOCULUS, he helps OEMs and partners bring modern services to market — reducing risk, accelerating delivery, and improving the customer experience at every stage.
